BEHIND THE SHOW

Our Full-Service Process

Every JanDar event moves through the same disciplined process — from the first piece of steel on the ground to the final note under the lights. Here's what that looks like on site, in four phases.

Phase 1

STAGING & STRUCTURAL BUILD

Before a single speaker goes up, the stage itself has to be engineered and built to hold it. Our crews assemble the structural framework, deck, and roofing system that every other department including sound, lighting, and video will be built on top of.

Logistics & Load-in

Equipment Logistics & Handling

Equipment, cabling and hardware are moved to the site on a timeline built to keep every department on schedule.

On-Site Crew

Our production crew unloads and builds on-site, on schedule, coordinating around the venue's own timeline and access windows.

Site Coordination

Layout and positioning are planned in advance so the footprint works for both production and guest flow.

RAISING THE FRAME

Power & Cabling

Power distribution and cable runs are managed cleanly and safely across the entire site.

Roof & Truss

Overhead trussing and roofing go up, creating the framework that will carry rigged lighting and line-array sound.

Structural Integrity

Every connection point is checked before the next system — sound, lighting, or video — is loaded onto the structure.

Phase 2

SOUND & LIGHTING

With the structure in place, our production team brings in the systems that turn a stage into a show: line-array sound, lighting rigs, and video, all installed and tuned to the room.

Phase 3

Event Planning & GUest Experience

The last phase is where the audience's experience takes shape — seating, sightlines, signage, and the finishing touches that make an event feel like a professional, big-stage production.

Final Walkthrough

A final walkthrough checks every detail — staging, seating, and signage — before doors open to guests.

Guest Experience

Every guest-facing detail is set in place, giving the audience a polished, professional event from the moment they arrive.

Guest Seating

Seating is arranged with sightlines to the stage in mind, so every section delivers a strong view of the show.

Phase 4

SHOW NIGHT

This is what all four phases are building toward. JanDar Productions creates a fully produced, professionally run concert on your campus.
